Ordering Process

• All garments are custom-made to order, meaning each order is unique. We will always do our best to meet your specific requirements; however, please note:

• Colours shown in design artwork are for reference only and may not exactly match the final product. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee an exact match.

• Embroidery, sublimation, and printing designs are not to scale unless specified. If no dimensions are provided, we will determine the most suitable sizing.

• Artwork dimensions provided by customers serve as a guide only and may be subject to slight variations in the final product.

Returns and Refunds

• Defective Items: If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue. We will assess the defect and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

• Return Process:

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility but will be reimbursed once we receive the returned garment or issue a replacement.

• A valid receipt must be provided to process any refund.

• Sizing Issues: Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for incorrect size selection. To help ensure you choose the right size, we provide a size guide, a sample service, and general sizing advice.
