Ordering Process
All garments are custom-made to order, meaning each order is unique. We will always do our best to meet your specific requirements; however, please note:
Colours shown in design artwork are for reference only and may not exactly match the final product. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee an exact match.
Embroidery, sublimation, and printing designs are not to scale unless specified. If no dimensions are provided, we will determine the most suitable sizing.
Artwork dimensions provided by customers serve as a guide only and may be subject to slight variations in the final product.
Returns and Refunds
Defective Items: If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue. We will assess the defect and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.
Return Process:
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility but will be reimbursed once we receive the returned garment or issue a replacement.
A valid receipt must be provided to process any refund.
Sizing Issues: Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for incorrect size selection. To help ensure you choose the right size, we provide a size guide, a sample service, and general sizing advice.
